An early 2024 consumer application that brought the world-famous, iconic black-and-white luxury aesthetics of Studio Harcourt into the generative AI era. By fine-tuning specialized diffusion models on complex historical lighting profiles, shadow contrasts, and textures, this engine allows users to synthesize hyper-realistic, luxury-tier portrait photography on-demand.
Miccopay — Contactless QR Settlement
A contactless, mobile-first QR payment infrastructure engineered for high-volume hospitality venues. Similar to Sunday App, Miccopay allowed diners to instantly split tabs and pay bills directly from their mobile web browser without application downloads or server interaction, optimizing table turnover and staff efficiency.
Backtrack Looper
Traditional DAWs (Logic Pro) are too complex for casual practice, and static media players (YouTube, Spotify) lack real-time looping flexibility. Backtrack Looper is a stripped-down, hyper-intuitive utility designed for musicians to instantly generate, isolate, and practice over backtracks. It removes all interface friction, serving as the purest jam-session companion for guitarists, bassists, and vocalists.
Platbook — "Shazam for Food"
International travel introduces a massive daily friction: deciphering local, text-only restaurant menus. Platbook is a mobile-first, multi-modal AI application engineered as the "Shazam for food"—the world's first platform allowing users to instantly SEE dishes before ordering. By combining high-speed edge OCR, context-aware localized LLM translation, and real-time visual generation/sourcing pipeline, users can scan any foreign-language menu. Platbook instantly overlays intuitive, high-fidelity images of the dishes, auto-categorizes the plates (e.g., allergens, dietary styles), and appends descriptive culinary context. As the Interim CTO, I designed, architected, and delivered their internal enterprise management ERP and localized consumer-facing web platform, unifying complex international logistics tracking with native local dealer network management.

A marketplace architecture designed to disrupt traditional retail supply chains. Miccobuy bypassed regional distributors by leveraging cross-border data to connect European end-consumers directly with manufacturing plants in China.
